This highly detailed medal commemorates the capture of three Swedish frigates, May 24, 1719. The obverse shows a laureate and armored bust of Peter I facing right, KO (Kalashnikov Osip) on the truncation of his arm. The reverse features a detailed depiction of the naval battle with the date below. 

A fantastic part of military history not to be missed at this low listing price. It would be extremely hard to find a much better example than these medals, medals weight a bit.
