You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.

If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to ship your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item, and then place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Store Credit Option
In addition to refunds to your original payment method, we also offer store credit as an alternative. Store credit can be applied toward future purchases on Tmedals.com. Customers may request store credit at the time of return.
Please note: certain promotional, discounted, or clearance items may only be eligible for store credit, as clearly stated at the time of purchase.
