We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned under the following conditions.

14-Day Return Policy

For eligible items, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Items must not have been worn, altered, modified, damaged, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

📦 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. Contact us if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some Tmedals products are not standard ready-to-ship inventory. Certain products are custom-made, made-to-order, commissioned, specially produced, sourced, sewn, assembled, mounted, finished, fitted, or otherwise prepared specifically in connection with an individual customer order.

Depending on the product, this work may be carried out directly by Tmedals or commissioned from specialist jewellers, medal makers, workshops, artisans, ribbon makers, or other specialist manufacturers.

For the purposes of this Return Policy, Tmedals may classify a product as custom-made, made-to-order, commissioned, personalized, specially sourced, or special-production based on its actual production method, sourcing arrangement, specialist manufacturing requirements, and order-specific preparation.

Products falling within these categories are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges where permitted by applicable law.

These products may include, but are not limited to:

• Custom-made or made-to-order medals, orders, badges, insignia, stars, crosses, and related items
• Medals, orders, badges, or other products specially commissioned from jewellers, medal makers, specialist workshops, artisans, or manufacturers
• Products requiring specialist production or manufacturing specifically in connection with an order
• Custom-sewn or made-to-order medal ribbons
• Custom-sewn or made-to-order neck ribbons
• Custom-sewn or made-to-order sashes
• Special-width, special-length, or special-size ribbons and sashes
• Individually assembled medal sets, order sets, badge sets, or presentation sets
• Products requiring special assembly, sewing, mounting, fitting, finishing, plating, or other preparation after an order is placed
• Specially produced medals, badges, breast stars, fittings, attachments, or accessories
• Personalized or customer-specific items
• Other items classified by Tmedals as custom-made, made-to-order, commissioned, or special-production products based on their actual production or sourcing circumstances

Products falling within these categories are not eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong item, or no longer requires it.

Important – Other Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products:
The non-returnable provisions above are not limited to U.S. Medal of Honor products. They also apply to other Tmedals products that are custom-made, made-to-order, specially commissioned, specially sourced, sewn, assembled, finished, or otherwise prepared specifically in connection with an individual order. This includes, where applicable, medals and orders commissioned from specialist jewellers or workshops, custom or made-to-order ribbons and sashes, special-size ribbons, specially produced medals, badges or breast stars, individually assembled medal sets, and other products classified by Tmedals as custom-made, commissioned, made-to-order, or special-production items based on their actual production or sourcing circumstances.

Special Note – U.S. Medal of Honor Products:
U.S. Medal of Honor products are classified by Tmedals as custom-made / made-to-order products. Their neck ribbons and related ribbon components are specially prepared, sewn, assembled, and finished in connection with individual orders, and certain components may also require specialist production or commissioned manufacturing. Therefore, U.S. Medal of Honor products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

The non-returnable provisions above do not apply where an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Exchanges

For eligible products, the fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Custom-made, made-to-order, commissioned, personalized, specially sourced, and special-production products are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days back to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Store Credit Option

For eligible returns, we may also offer store credit as an alternative to a refund to the original payment method. Store credit can be applied toward future purchases on Tmedals.com.

Customers may request store credit at the time of return.

Please note: The classification of custom-made, made-to-order, commissioned, specially sourced, personalized, or special-production products is based on the individual production and sourcing circumstances of the item. Tmedals may consider specialist sourcing, commissioned manufacturing, jewellery work, sewing, assembly, mounting, fitting, finishing, customization, and other order-specific preparation when determining such classification. Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
