›1) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods:
- PayPal
- Credit or debit card (processed securely through PayPal – no PayPal account required)
How to pay without a PayPal account:
- Add your item(s) to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select “Pay with PayPal.”
- Click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”
- Enter your payment details and complete your order.
All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted and PCI-compliant gateways.
›2) How much does shipping cost?
- Standard International Shipping: $14.99
- Expedited International Shipping: $24.99
⚠️ Oversized or heavy products may incur additional charges, displayed at checkout.
›3) How long does delivery take?
- U.S. (All 50 States): 10–14 business days
- U.S. Territories (PR, Virgin Islands, etc.): 12–16 business days
- Canada: 10–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–18 business days
- International: 15–25 business days
📦 APO/FPO military addresses may take longer due to postal handling requirements.
›4) Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Customs authorities in your country determine duties, VAT, or additional fees. These costs are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
✅ Note: All shipments to the United States are pre-cleared with customs duties paid in advance. U.S. customers will not be charged additional duties.
›5) What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Non-returnable items include: custom-made medals, ribbons, handcrafted products; sale items; gift cards.

- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative (if preferred by the customer).
›7) Are your medals original or replicas?
Tmedals.com offers both:
- ✅ Authentic medals and collectibles (clearly marked as original)
- ✅ High-quality replicas (clearly marked as “replica” or “reproduction”)

›10) How can I order a custom medal or replica?
⚒️ Custom Replica Production
We use casting methods to replicate:
- Medals, badges, and insignia
- Non-circulating coins in pure silver or copper
- Figures, models, or collectibles in plastic or metal
What we need from you:
- High-resolution images of the product (front/back/details)
- Material preference (silver, copper, etc.)
- Size and quantity requirements
- If possible, a sample item to ensure accurate 1:1 reproduction
⏱ Production time: Typically 5–10 business days after design confirmation and mold creation.
›11) What if my order arrives damaged?
If your medal or order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@tmedals.com.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
