Design & Details

The openwork badge depicts Saint George on horseback defeating the dragon, framed by an oval garter bearing the motto Honi soit qui mal y pense. Decorative scrollwork above the garter and a shaped lower terminal complete the design, with detailing visible on both sides of the badge.

The royal-blue sash features a finely ribbed woven texture, a matching gathered bow and hanging ribbon tails. Its approximately 65 mm width gives this ladies' version a slender, elegant appearance, with the gold-tone badge suspended beneath the bow.
