The Order of the Auspicious Cloud ( Ching Yun Chang ) was founded on April 19, 1934 and was an award of the Manchurian Empire . This order and the Order of the Pillars of the State alternated in rank. This corresponded to both the Order of the Rising Sun and the Order of the Sacred Treasure in the Japanese Empire .
