This is a modern replica medal, inspired by the Imperial Russian cross of 1810 created during the Russo-Turkish War (1806–1812).
The original cross was awarded on June 13, 1810, to Russian officers who took part in the storming of Bazargik (today Dobrich, Bulgaria) but did not receive higher orders such as the 4th Class Order of St. George or the 4th Class Order of St. Vladimir.
Non-commissioned officers and enlisted men who participated in the battle were instead awarded a silver medal. Some additional crosses were later produced by jewelers as secondary issues.
⚠️ Note: This item is a reproduction for collectors, history enthusiasts, reenactors, and educational display purposes only. It is not an original early 19th-century medal.
