The commemorative medal was issued in honor of the third anniversary of the Great October Revolution of 1917 - "Medal October 1917 - 1920 of the RSFSR". The award was minted in 1920 and presented at a meeting of the Leningrad City Council dedicated to the 3rd anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution.
A fantastic part of military history not to be missed at this low listing price. It would be extremely hard to find a much better example than these medals, medals weight a bit.
